MC Ministry
Contact: Diana Seiberling (Home: 557-1749) flncduck@aol.comMaster of Ceremonies: Contrary to what the name implies, the master of ceremonies works behind the scenes at Church and does NOT speak over the microphone at all. The purpose of this ministry is to prepare the Church for Mass and ensure all those involved in that particular Mass have arrived. Perhaps you have seen the person in the commons area with the clipboard. That is the Master of Ceremonies. We arrive about half an hour early, prepare the vessels and books, light the candles on the altar and the check in those involved in the various ministries. After Mass we spend a few moments straightening things up and we're done! With enough volunteers, we only serve once a month. I train at whatever Mass you attend, so if you'd like to help out, please don't hesitate to call me- Diana Seiberling, @ 919-557-1749. We could certainly use the help at ALL Masses. This an easy way to get involved with minimal time and effort.
