We meet the first Tuesday of the month at 7 PM in the Social Hall.
In October of 2009, the Women’s Guild of our Parish officially became a Court in the Catholic Daughters of the Americas.
The Catholic Daughters of the Americas is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas.
It was formed over 100 years ago, and has more than 95,000 members in 45 states across the country, and in Puerto Rico, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
Here at St. Bernadette, after just 4 months, we already have 80 members!!
In the CDA, our motto is “Unity and Charity.” In our Court, we have become involved in the following sub-committees: Habitat for Humanity, Legislative, Education, Spiritual, Victory Junction, Project Hand Clasp, and Elijah Cup. If you would like to become involved with any of these, or would like to know what we do, come to a meeting.
If you are looking for a place where you can contribute a little of your time, or any of your vast talents, then we are right for you!
If you are looking for a place to be social, to share prayer and spirituality, then we are right for you!
If you are looking for a place to bond with other women that share your beliefs, a place to make new friends, and a place where you are always accepted, then we are definitely right for you!
If you have ever wanted to become more involved in our Parish, but you didn’t know how, we invite you to join us for a meeting, see what we are all about.
I bet you’ll come back
